Research is an activity to gain knowledge called science, it is done by a certain procedure which is systematic and supported by a methodology which is an assessment of the rules in his method. As a teacher or teacher candidate of mathematics are required to always perform innovative discussion of how we gain knowledge about learning mathematics in accordance with current trends. Our knowledge about aspects of learning mathematics as a knowledge that is desired is an understanding of scientific about the workings of the mind of individual students in learning mathematics, how gain an understanding of aspects of learning and how arkitektural a teacher to understand the analogies between the student's knowledge, knowledge teacher and practitioner knowledge about learning mathematics. Enterprises can

Profesionalism of theachers is also influenced by several factors: Ethic, Attitude, Habits, Knowledge, and Skill. Ethic are ability to work and serve without discrimination (ethnic, religion, sex, age, disabilities, and gender), ability to protect a privacy of student, fellow teacher and employer. Committed to give objective opinion and assessment.

Attitude, theacher must be proactive, confidence, have Fun in school activity, be open, be focus, and be emphatic. Habits, teacher must be organized, always participate, work & learn together to achieve synergy, learn to listen to other, appreciate, and Practice-practice-practice. Knowledge is about learning method, teaching method, class management method, children psychology, and knowledge to upcoming trend.
The last but not least, teacher must havu skill. There are class operational excellence, relationship with student, ability to spark innovation, nurture critical thinking, ability to develop analytical skill, ability to hypothesized, ability to associatea ability to make prediction, ability to spark curiosity, ability for retention, and ability to comprehend.
